The Impact of Intellectual Property on Entrepreneurial Ventures
摘要
This study examines the critical role of intellectual property (IP) in the survival and success of entrepreneurial ventures, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in technology-based sectors. By analyzing the impact of different forms of intellectual property such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights, the research investigates how these legal protections influence the competitive advantage and market performance of SMEs. The findings highlight the strategic importance of managing IP portfolios for entrepreneurs, particularly in mitigating risks associated with innovation and market entry. The study offers a comprehensive framework for understanding how IP management practices contribute to the long-term sustainability of emerging ventures and provides insights into the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in securing and leveraging their intellectual assets.
