The Role of Social Capital in Scaling Homepreneur Ship: A Conceptual Framework

Homepreneurship is progressively becoming an important patron to economic development, mostly in the context of growing technology and flexible work positioning. In spite of its increasing significance, homepreneurs many times face notable disputes in gaining assets, accessing markets and building connections, which can restrict their capacity to balance and retain their businesses. This research examined the position of social capital in getting over with these disputes, cantering on its structural, relational, cognitive, and bridging measurements and their effect on business success. The suggested conceptual framework combines these dimensions of social capital with sustainability practices to investigate their integrated impact on the expansion of homepreneurs. Through structural social capital, homepreneurs can diversify and thriving networks can provide means of approach to opportunities and fundamental resources. Relational social capital, interpreted by trust and reciprocity, encourages collaboration and successful knowledge mobilization. Cognitive social capital, rooted in basic values and norms, encourages positive environment for business activities. Bridging social capital acts a crucial position in linking homepreneurs into exterior resources and markets. In addition, sustainability practices, such as community engagement and resource saving, are included as mediators that turn up the favorable effect of social capital on business success. The finding proposed that the combination of social capital with sustainability practices can notably increase the flexibility and long-term sustainability homepreneurs. This research produces beneficial insights for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and help organizations aiming to encourage the extension and sustainability of homepreneurship on a world scale.
