The current research proposes a detailed design of the prosthesis leg that can solve the issues associated with the available designs. It aims to present a durable and efficient design. The developed model was subjected to various types of analysis such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), and motion analysis. The pressure contour, velocity trajectory, and their combination were constructed successfully. Also, the stress distribution along all parts of the designed prostheses leg was determined by FEA to evaluate the structural integrity beside the aerodynamic behavior that was calculated by CFD simulation to make a full assessment of the proposed design. The findings showed that the designed model has successfully passed the FEA and CFD simulations test.
