The purpose of this paper is to present a scoping review on agile talent management. A bibliometric analysis of 73 peer-reviewed research articles extracted from Web of Science database is performed using bibliometrix-biblioshiny, a r-based application. Research on the topic published in core journals, and the conceptual structure of research is presented. The co-occurrence of key words extracted from the abstracts identifies three major research clusters-project management and business environment, organizational agility and workforce agility, and supply chain management and agility. The thematic map analysis reveals the trajectory of the evolution of research themes. Human resources, green human resources, and organizational culture remain a robust area of interest. Research on agile workforce from emerging markets, and studies on agile methods and agile methodologies are increasingly becoming more prominent. There is also growing interest that lies at the intersection of project management, and human resource management.
