Nor is it a stream of information received and memorised. Yet both elements are part of all learning. Learning in a modelled and simulated environment can undoubtedly modify our reflexes and practices, but learning means foremost acquiring knowledge through the exercise of intelligence. If we assume that all knowledge begins with the experience of the things to be known, then not everything can be learned in the metaverse, because the metaverse transforms the way we experience things by imposing a partially or totally simulated reality on our senses.
