This chapter was originally intended to document an international cooperation between the Microgravity Centre of the Université Libre of Bruxelles in the section headed by Dr. Andrei Vedernikov and the MEEO (Meteorological Earth Environment Observation) Company, situated in Ferrara, Italy, aimed at developing a device for trapping cosmic particles floating in microgravity condition in the outer Earth atmosphere. Dr. Vedernikov had also working relationships with Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (ISAC) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Bologna, Italy, and with the Department of Physics of the Ferrara University.
