This study analyzes the performance of three cross-border mergers that took place in India during a three-year period before and after the merging stage. This will enable the research to offer a thorough knowledge of how cross-border mergers affect the financial performance of the enterprises concerned. Overall, the study’s findings indicate that while cross-border mergers might have major advantages, they can also have possible costs; thus, it is important to carefully assess the financial and strategic ramifications of such deals.
