This chapter will refer to some topics related to sexual and reproductive health needs, including pregnancy and its complications, childbirth, prenatal care, contraceptive methods, dignity packages, gender-based violence, and access to health services for different mobile groups in the region. In this chapter, we make a brief presentation of aspects to consider regarding the vulnerability conditions that are determined by gender and how migrant women have different sexual and reproductive health needs depending on the context, the forms of social and health systems´ response to these needs, and in which phase of their migratory journey they are in. Finally, we present some recommendations and strategies to respond to these health needs while being aware that the contexts are very particular, and in the case of the migratory phenomenon, they are also changing according to the dynamics of mobility and the response from the governments of transit and destination countries.
