To goal of this contribution is to provide a characterization of the \((3\mod 5)\) -arcs in \(\operatorname {PG}(r,5)\) , \(r\ge 4\) . Such arcs are either lifted or quadratic and by a construction described by Kurz-Landjev-Pavese-Rousseva.
