Assess the Current Situation of Land Clearance for Cemetery Land and Graveyards in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province
摘要
This study evaluates the situation of site clearance when the State recovers land for cemeteries and cemeteries in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh province. Research results show that there are eight site clearance projects related to cemetery land and graveyards serving the socio-economic development of the Nhon Hoi economic zone. Accordingly, 4065 graves have been relocated to areas planned for cemeteries to ensure national technical standards, contributing to changing architecture, urban landscape, and environmental protection. Site clearance work has been coordinated between agencies and departments. The allocation of land to build graves and compensation is relatively close to the actual construction price, contributing to ensuring land use rights and helping to preserve the cultural beauty of ancestor worship, so it received the consensus of the majority of people. However, the projects were not implemented on time according to the approved plan. Some households did not cooperate with the relocation because of the custom of “beautiful peaceful graves,” and the arrangement of reburial graves far from the place of residence is inconvenient for visits. From the above situation, the study has proposed several solutions to improve the efficiency of site clearance for cemeteries and graveyards in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh province.
