The use of JAK inhibitors in dermatology first started with the use of tofacitinib in psoriasis patients, and then continued to be used in various indications such as atopic dermatitis, vitiligo and alopecia areata. When treating diseases, the treatments to be chosen should be evaluated in detail before the treatment with the philosophy of ‘first do no harm’ and patient-specific treatments should be planned. In this section, the use of JAK inhibitors in pregnancy, lactation, children and infants, hepatic and renal failure, tuberculosis, neurological and cardiovascular diseases and malignancy specific conditions will be summarized.
