In the context of the new engineering discipline, based on the Outcome-based Education orientation, this article takes “Materials Chemistry Synthesis and Characterization Experiment” as an example to analyze the main problems in the course, puts forward improvement measures, and establish a more reasonable course evaluation system by enriching teaching forms and updating experimental content. Finally, a course system of “teaching promotes learning, learning promotes evaluation, and evaluation promotes teaching” has been formed, achieving good teaching results.
