Influence of External and Internal Factors on Company Activity in War Conditions Applying Expert Integral Evaluation System: A Case Study from Ukraine

The paper objective is to study the problem of analyzing the enterprise's activities in different Ukrainian regions in war conditions. The basis of the information analysis was the results of expert studies conducted at enterprises. The study contributes to understanding the impact of the war on the enterprise's activities in different Ukrainian regions. The latter emphasizes the need to analyze internal and external factors that affect the success of enterprises in such conditions. On the basis of the obtained data, we developed the integral indicator, which allows clear distinguishing and understanding of the influence of factors on the enterprise's activities. In particular, the research aimed to elaborate company strategies considering the prevailing balance of factors affecting each other. The development of adaptive strategic management at enterprises in war conditions received further development. In general, this research is an important contribution to the understanding and management of company activities in the conditions of war. It is useful both for academic debate and practical activity in business management, investment, and innovations. Moreover, it allows a better understanding of the need to consider the change in the individual weights of the factors that influence the company’s activities in war conditions, particularly in regions where hostilities are happening.
