Application of a Genetic Algorithm to Solve a Nonlinear Problem of Optimizing the Diagnosis of Unstable Angina
摘要
A genetic algorithm is used to solve the nonlinear problem of optimizing the diagnosis of unstable angina. To solve this problem, the article proposes the use of a genetic algorithm. First, patients are selected according to the main parameters, then the min value of the function of the initial parameters is calculated. After that, the parameters of patients with individual characteristics are mutated and the ECG is simulated. The calculated data form a database of patients who are most likely to have unstable angina. Visualized data of the genetic algorithm with individual patient characteristics.
