The overall conclusion briefly summarizes the partial conclusions presented by the authors of individual chapters. At the same time, it evaluates these conclusions with regard to the general goal and aim of the presented publication and infers whether the current practice of the International Criminal Court in the given area (i.e., jurisdiction, immunity, complementarity, cumulative charges, digital evidence, reparations, and cooperation) can be evaluated positively or, on the contrary, negatively, or whether the current approach and stance of the International Criminal Court in the given area presents an achievement or rather a challenge in relation to the prosecution of war crimes.
