Long-Term Properties of RAC and Its Product
摘要
The long-term performance of RAC is analyzed in this chapter, focusing on shrinkage, creep, porosity, durability, carbonation, and chloride penetration. The bond between RAC and corroded reinforcement is also studied, alongside RAC block performance and life-cycle assessment. Experimental evaluations reveal that while RAC exhibits higher shrinkage and porosity due to AM, appropriate mix design and treatment methods can significantly mitigate these effects. The chapter supports the structural and durability viability of RAC, especially for precast elements and sustainable construction solutions.
