In modern educational settings, the manual process of taking attendance is time-consuming and prone to errors. This paper presents an automatic attendance system using facial recognition technology, designed to streamline classroom management. The system captures and processes multiple faces efficiently, enhancing image quality and employing multithreading for rapid identification. A user-friendly mobile app enables student data collection, while professors use a separate app to photograph classes. The system generates attendance sheets automatically, facilitating administrative oversight via a web application. Future work aims to refine face recognition accuracy and extend functionality to accommodate larger classrooms and integrate with educational platforms.
