摘要

These days, due to the circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, universities had no other choice but to urgently transfer the process of learning to the digital form. The role of information technologies (Information Technologies – IT) in the current learning environment becomes predominant. The blended form of learning (Blended Learning – BL) becomes the main one under quarantine measures as the most effective. The purpose of this research was to determine the current state of the global digitalization of universities, as well as to analyze, generalize experience, and make a forecast for it in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of the use of information technologies in the blended learning of mathematics at a university. In this research we defined periods of development of blended learning, identified three predominant models of blended learning at a university, analysed the use of information technologies in blended learning of mathematics at a university. We dedicated invariant component of a mathematical content in the blended form of learning. In this paper we made a diagnostic of satisfaction of students and lecturers with the blended form of learning with the use of information technologies in the teaching of mathematics and built a forecast of the further development of blended learning of mathematics at a university in the post-pandemic period. Three universities of the Russian Federation served as a research base: NUST MISIS, Moscow, Penza and Orel State Universities; 322 students and 56 lecturers took part in the survey for three years (2019–2022).
