摘要
The current study investigates the influence of employment stability, the human dimension, and the social dimension on mitigating staff turnover within the context of Nass Corporation. Using a quantitative methodology, the study examines the correlation between these factors to provide valuable insights into effective staff retention strategies. The results reveal notable positive associations between job security, human and social aspects, and reduced turnover rates, indicating that a stable and supportive work environment is essential for employee retention. The findings demonstrate that job stability (R2 = 0.318), the human dimension (R2 = 0.291), and the social dimension (R2 = 0.564) are significant predictors of reduced employee turnover, with the social dimension exhibiting the strongest association. These results underscore the importance of fostering a work environment that is stable, supportive, and rich in recognition to effectively reduce employee turnover. To enhance employee retention and maintain a dedicated workforce, organizations should prioritize employment security and social support systems.
