Due to its significance as a means of attaining a competitive edge, research on corporate reputation has experienced substantial growth in recent decades. This study employed path analysis using AMOS-23 software to investigate the moderating influence of value attachment and the mediating effect of perceived company reputation between customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty among 135 hotel guests in Lebanon The findings demonstrated that patrons in the setting of Lebanese hotels did not demonstrate any loyalty to their institutions. Additionally, customer trust was the main factor that positively associated with perceived hotel reputation. Finally, when customers hold values towards a certain hotel, reputation has little impact on loyalty.
