This research is an attempt to investigate the impact of extended TAM integrated with HBM on satisfaction in the field of digital food delivery applications among postgraduate students. The research was conducted in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. The study included 389 students to whom standardized questionnaires were circulated using a random sampling method. The research aims to explore the mediation of continuance intention in analyzing ultimate satisfaction and loyalty for online food delivery customers. A structural equation model was observed by using PLS Smart software to analyze the impact of various factors on CI and SL. Based on the study, it was found that cues to action, PEU, and PU positivity influenced SL via CI, as perceived severity has a negative impact on SL. Based on the mediation analysis, it is confirmed that CA, PEU, and PU significantly motivate satisfaction and loyalty through CI. This research finding emphasizes the importance of various factors resulting in sustainability for online food applications. The model will also offer suggestions and valuable insights for better customer retention with reference to the online food delivery industry.
