There is growing awareness and concern from governments, communities, and industries worldwide about the risks to people and the environment from the operations of hazardous and polluting industries, including those involved in industrial production. Identifying, assessing, and managing health and environmental risks are essential elements of orderly economic and social development. There is a need to allocate resources to health and environmental risk management processes optimally. Identifying all relevant risks must be prioritized, and control strategies adjusted to get the maximum benefit from resource expenditures in risk management and control processes, these are Hazards to humans and the environment; risks from continuous emissions and accidents; Risks from fixed installation operations and those associated with supporting activities such as waste transportation and disposal. Therefore, there is a need for integrating all elements into a health and environmental risk management strategy: Local, technical, organizational, legislative, social, and economic. These elements complement each other and cannot be viewed in isolation.
