CSR and Competitive Advantages’ Relationship: Evidence from Bahrain

This study examines the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) dimensions—Environment, Employment, Customer, and Community—on Competitive Advantage within organizations in Bahrain. A questionnaire was employed to collect data from 140 employees in listed companies in Bahrain. An online survey was conducted and distributed to respondents from February to March 2024. The study results revealed that the CSR dimensions significantly influence the organization’s competitive advantages. These findings underscore the importance of a supportive work environment, engaged employees, satisfied customers, and strong community relations in enhancing the competitive advantages for organizations. The study recommends that, to enhance Competitive Advantage in Bahrain, organizations should cultivate a positive work environment, strengthen community relations, focus on personalized service, and integrate customer feedback through CSR initiatives.
