This paper examines the transformative role of predictive analytics in employee performance management, highlighting how data-driven technology tools are reshaping HR practices and organizational strategies. Through a thematic analysis grounded in literature and case studies from leading organizations like IBM, Google, and Tata Consultancy Services, this study identifies the critical factors that impact the successful implementation of predictive models in HR. The findings reveal that while predictive analytics can enhance employee performance, success depends on proper data management, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to ethical standards. Based on the findings, the study showcases a conceptual model to reveal the relationship between various variables identified in the study, revealing the potential of predictive analytics to advance HR roles from a transactional function to that of a strategic partner, aligning employee development and performance with organizational goals in an increasingly data-driven world.
