The Role of System Quality, Information Quality, and Top Management Support in Enhancing Business Sustainability: From a Digital Innovation Perspective

This research focuses on the mediating role of system quality, information quality, and top management support on employee performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery efficiency. Based on survey feedback collected from 366 participants via the internet, SEM-PLS was used to analyze nine hypotheses. Proper data cleaning measures were employed to work through biased responses by use of standard deviation method. The hypotheses testing shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality, information quality, and top management support and all three outcomes, on which it is based and, therefore gains the centrality of the digital innovation and business sustainability streams. The research offers practical implications for organizations that plan to improve the efficiency of operations and customer experience with reliable digital environment. This research fits well into the existing field of digital innovation and sustainability literature since it establishes a framework for system integration and management of sustainable solutions.
