Ethical Leadership and Administrative Innovation: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Process Capability in the Insurance Sector

This paper focuses on the influence of ethical leadership on administrative innovation and the mediating role of knowledge process capability in the insurance sector. The study examines three dimensions: ethical leadership, administrative innovation, and knowledge process capability. Data were collected from 355 managerial-level employees at LIC of India in the insurance sector and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 4.0. The findings confirm that ethical leadership significantly influences administrative innovation through the mediating effect of knowledge process capability. Additionally, the results indicate that knowledge process capability positively influences administrative innovation and partially mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and administrative innovation among managerial employees at LIC of India.
