Crisis Communication and Health Crises: A Systematic Literature Review
摘要
In addition to the growing focus on social media, more attention was paid to the health crises that have frequently occurred over time, up to the recent Covid-19 pandemic. These crises require special attention due to their peculiarities, including their ability to generate a perception of risk that can significantly influence public behaviour. To investigate this type of crisis, a systematic literature review was conducted, which led to the selection of a large sample of articles. Two complementary analyses were performed on this sample: performance analysis and intellectual structure analysis. These made it possible to triangulate the data and identify the main emerging research strands. Through the VOSviewer software, the main areas of study on the topic were mapped, while the Biblioshiny software was used to explore the evolving dynamics of the topic, highlighting the most promising themes for future research.
