The construction industry is experiencing a notable increase in activity primarily the demand for sustainable construction materials that are faster and more efficient for building construction. Concrete, a fundamental construction material, is pivotal in this context. Present work is dedicated towards enhancement of material properties including: high strength tensile strength and durability, by incorporating HTSS [High Tensile Strength Steel] (EN-31 stainless steel) as a reinforcing element. HTSS offers superior tensile strength properties compared to conventional steel reinforcement, potentially leading to more resilient and sustainable concrete structures. The concrete specimens are subjected to various mechanical tests, including strength determination in flexure, tension and compression during experimentation. Investigation involves a comprehensive experimental program that includes the preparation of concrete specimens with varying HTSS content. The mix design incorporates precise proportions of cement, aggregates, water, and HTSS fibers to achieve greater strength, both in HTSS induced and Sustainable Composite Concrete. EN-31 grade provides better hardness and strength along with resistance to wear and corrosion.

摘要
