This chapter discusses the different applications of vNOTES in gynecologic oncology. Now that vNOTES is becoming commonplace in benign gynecology, many research groups are exploring the potential applications and benefits of vNOTES in oncologic patients. It is of paramount importance that changes in treatment for oncologic patients are evidence based. Therefore it is important to begin this chapter with the message that all vNOTES procedures described here are still in the early stages of surgical research, that the evidence is still thin, and that none of these procedures is included in any oncologic guidelines. This chapter provides technical descriptions and an overview of the current literature on the use of vNOTES for endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian-fallopian tube-peritoneal cancer, vaginal cancer, and ovarian cryopreservation before chemotherapy.
