However, the face is its most common location. The objective of this chapter was to discover typical dietary patterns that have the potential to influence acne vulgaris. This was our purpose within the scope of this chapter. There are a variety of dietary elements that can have an effect on the severity of acne vulgaris, as well as the clinical pattern and comedone appearance of the condition. Fruits and vegetables, the Western diet, the Mediterranean diet, meat, fish, chocolate, and alcohol consumption are some of the elements that contribute to this condition. There are many different mechanisms that will contribute to the clinical pattern of acne, and each dietary pattern will be different according to its own characteristics.
