This chapter articulates our conceptualization of sport-affects as a frame-breaking way to think about the complexity of change that involves multiple enactments of gender equity and the troubling of binaries in sport organizational contexts and cultures. As interdisciplinary feminist scholars of sport and leisure, we have straddled multiple fields, including sport sociology, sport management, sport-for-development and mental health. This book brings these knowledges to bear on women’s participation in team-based, high-contact sport and their desires to win, compete and lead. In this concluding chapter we ask what inclusion means in sport and what the role of feminism and feminist theory might be in supporting cultural transformation.

摘要
