Mediation Technologies in Educational Space
摘要
Mediation technologies are becoming increasingly popular in vocational education, requiring monitoring of their implementation. Teachers must have the skills to prevent and manage conflict situations and negotiate between opposing parties to find mutually beneficial solutions. The research aims to analyze the experience of implementing mediation technologies in the educational space. The research involved verifying students’ mastery of mediation technologies, determining the degree of their educational strategy development, and assessing the level of interest among future teachers in using these technologies. The research utilized tests and surveys. During 2021–2022, the authors conducted a study involving 112 students from higher educational institutions specializing in pedagogical fields. Mediation technologies are designed to address real conflict situations by applying skills in decision-making and cooperation, allowing for mutually beneficial outcomes and alignment of the positions and interests of conflicting parties. According to the research results, 97% of students expressed confidence that they would use mediation technologies in their professional lives. These findings suggest that mediation technologies are a popular means of interaction in various areas of life.
