The research aims to build a digital marketing concept for customer interaction in using geofencing technology. To achieve the set objective, the authors employed a range of scientific methods. The comparative method was used to logically analyze the development of geofencing and geotargeting structures and geolocation-based non-contact marketing. Graphical interpretation of the data helped visualize the issues under consideration. Additionally, the authors utilized synthesis, comparison, and mental mapping to explore the structural changes in geolocation marketing in the context of the current economic landscape and the rapid evolution of the digital environment for customer interaction. Today’s digital platforms increase the reach of customer engagement opportunities and make advertising more personalized and audience interaction more effective. Geolocation marketing makes it possible to consider the social, economic, and cultural values of consumers and determine their preferences. Geofencing analytics provides real-time data crucial for exploring digital platform technologies within specific geographic areas, enabling more effective data-driven marketing decisions. In this research, the authors identified the advantages of using geofence technology: technological and social factors that influence digital marketing technologies for marketing campaigns. They found direct correlations between innovations in communication technologies and the growing usage of geofence marketing technology. The speed and scale of development of geofencing marketing and its tools are directly related to spatial technologies, which are currently determinant in the formation of the digital economy of countries.
