The research aims to examine whether working conditions, supervisor support, compensations and benefits, and organizational commitment of employees influence employee performance. The research aims to find the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance at the workplace. The research object is the public banking sector in Uzbekistan. Since the government owns the public banking sector, it is assumed to be most relevant to the research topic. The authors used the primary method to collect data. The primary data is collected through questionnaires. Based on these variables, the authors developed hypotheses. The results confirmed that working conditions, compensations, and benefits strongly influence work-life balance and employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment showed a strong influence on employee performance and work-life balance. Thus, the authors conclude that work and personal life should be combined to improve employee performance, resulting in companies benefiting from the efficiency of their human resources. Factors such as communication between trust and support were found to be insignificant. Based on the findings, the authors provide recommendations for further research.
