In order to increase productivity in manufacturing enterprises, a wide variety of applications are made and various support equipment and systems are put into use. In recent years, vertical machining centers have found widespread application in the manufacturing of molds, dies and components in enterprises. The efficient operation of these machines is very important to ensure that mass production is not interrupted and is done efficiently. For this reason, while the developed motor spindles increase the production speeds of vertical machining machines, the quality of the surface roughness they process is also quite satisfactory. In this study, the quality features we achieved in the molds and dies we processed with the new generation motor spindle we use in our CNC vertical machining centers and the satisfactory improvements we experienced in our production performance are presented.
