This is a case with melanoma treated with adjuvant nivolumab. His course was complicated with hypothyroidism, mucositis and rash, with onset of treatment refractory gastritis and psoriasis which required biologic treatment. Ultimately this patient achieved remission from additional biologic treatment although still requires low-dose prednisone for gastrointestinal symptoms.
