Sicca Syndrome Induced by Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy
摘要
This is a case with a clear cell kidney carcinoma patient on nivolumab treatment who developed ICI related sicca syndrome. Her sicca syndrome was successfully treated with a combination of prednisone and hydroxychloroquine, which were eventually tapered off. Her cancer remained in remission while on an immunosuppressant for 26 weeks for sicca syndrome and other immune related adverse events.
