This is a case with advanced dMMR endometrial cancer received ipilimumab/nivolumab therapy followed by nivolumab maintenance. After approximately 2 years of maintenance she developed new clinically significant vision deficits and was found to have pronounced retinal findings. Systemic and ocular corticosteroid successfully improved the visual symptoms and halted the progression of the retinal condition.
