Hyperosmia Secondary to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy
摘要
This case illustrates the acute onset of hyperosmia almost 1 year after the initiation of anti-PD-1 monotherapy. This patient remains in clinical remission without evidence of recurrent melanoma but continues to have persistent symptoms of hyperosmia. Her sensitivity to smell has not improved since cessation of ICI despite different treatments and continues to severely impact her quality of life.
