This case reported a liver transplant recipient who was treated successfully with ICI for HCC recurrence as last resort after failure of extensive prior therapies. Despite tapering of the immunosuppressive regimen no signs of liver transplant rejection occurred during a treatment duration of approximately 6 months although patient eventually deceased due to loss of response.
