This is a case with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) related to immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. He responded to eltrombopag, but relapsed and subsequently received treatment of steroid, one dose of IVIG 1 g/kg and romiplostim 4 mg/kg weekly with good outcome.
