Transport engineering study programmes: aviation, maritime, railway, and transport and logistics Green Skills current state was described and used as an input in developing sustainability skills for future sector specialists. The self-assessment of teachers’ Green Skills indicated that Green Skills described in the transport sectors regulations, which are already in force, are well known and incorporated into teaching and learning. However, teachers need support in teaching future developments, tools, values, and ethics of Green Skills. Substantial work was done in developing transport engineering study programme Green Skills learning outcomes for all 25 study programmes. Recommendations for development of teaching Green Skills emphasize the importance of engineering, continuous self-development, critical thinking, cohesiveness and interdisciplinarity.
