This paper analyzes some of the inequalities in the application of AI and algorithms in the field of the administration of Justice, and also the inequalities in other disruptive technologies such as metaverses that are in the process of creation and development. Two different examples, but with sufficient capacity to visualize the introduction, through the facts, of technologies not sufficiently tested and in some cases introduced in public administrations or politics without sufficient guarantees. Its implications for the very model of democracy and the rule of law are obvious, as many citizens’ rights could be violated. Hence, it is necessary to explore the possible inequalities of these technologies.
