摘要

In Chap.  4 , we discussed numerical techniques for solving a single equation, \(f(x) = 0\) . In this chapter, we extend our focus to numerical methods for solving systems of simultaneous equations. In many engineering and scientific applications, discretization and linearization of problems often lead to the need to solve systems of linear simultaneous equations. Addressing such systems is a fundamental topic in numerical analysis.
