This quote shows the subtle nuances of the caste system in day-to-day life in the Indian social scenario. The book sheds light on the rise and development of Dalit theatre in the Indian context and the aesthetics of Dalit theatre, with a special focus on its content, themes, production, and performance traditions. In this context, the book enlightens the history of Dalit theatre in various regional Indian languages. Dr B. R.
