In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, effective project management is vital for achieving business goals and maintaining competitiveness. Organizations are increasingly adopting project management methodologies and investing in the necessary skills and tools. This study aims to enhance resource management in industrialization projects by optimizing resource allocation and utilization while minimizing costs. Strategies developed in this study seek to ensure project objectives are met more efficiently, thereby enhancing overall project profitability. A significant issue identified was the lack of a comprehensive tool to provide an overview of product-related activities. To address this, two proposals were implemented: an activity calendar and a dashboard highlighting key information. These tools brought substantial benefits to the company under study, including reduced task time and complexity, resulting in annual savings of over €12,600. By addressing these gaps, the project achieved significant improvements in cost management, resource allocation, and task visibility, positioning the company for long-term success in a competitive market.
