In this chapter we address the quantum solution to the search problem and, in particular, we discuss the basic aspects of the Grover’s algorithm.AlgorithmsearchAlgorithmGrover The geometric interpretation of the algorithm is also given. We illustrate the quantum search on complete graphs through continuous-time quantum walks: in this case the information is encoded onto the vertices of complete graphs and the query is encoded into the Hamiltonian of the system.
