A Model for Using Information and Communication Technologies to Increase Innovation Efficiency When Creating Value-Added Reproduction Chains
摘要
At the turn of the millennium, there was a paradigm shift in economic development. The previously dominant financial component of the economic “engine” gave way to knowledge. The successes of companies, corporations, regions, and entire countries are increasingly associated with new knowledge. The introduction of these innovations turns them into innovations that shape the face of today’s economy. Amid global economic stagnation and crisis, coupled with growing uncertainty in domestic and foreign markets, it is essential to actively develop innovations to ensure the competitiveness and economic security of the national economy. The main obstacles to innovative progress are associated with insufficient experience in innovation management and underdeveloped market structures. In the context of continuous technological progress and changing consumer preferences, the study of ICT use patterns in the context of innovation and added value management is becoming increasingly important for developing strategies that facilitate the effective functioning and growth of businesses. Nowadays, information and communication technologies (ICT) are rapidly developing, significantly affecting all areas of the economy.
