The Impact of the Synergistic Effect of NBICS Technologies on the Spatial Development of Territories in the Context of the Legal and Economic Policies of the Russian Federation
摘要
The scientific community’s keen focus on synergy stems from a desire to enhance the effectiveness of applied solutions, particularly in areas that shape future living conditions. NBICS technologies have long been considered the most promising for achieving synergistic effects benefiting the state, society, and economy. Research in these technologies has become a critical evolutionary path and a leading scientific concept, predicting significant transformational changes. This research aims to analyze the impact of NBICS technologies on the specific economic development of certain Russian regions. The authors examined the synergistic effect of these technologies in the context of implementing doctrinal planning documents for the country’s territorial development, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The scientific hypothesis of this research is that the NBICS group, developing at the regional level with varying degrees of success, has positive and negative impacts on certain economic growth indicators of federal subjects. This hypothesis was confirmed. The authors conducted a comprehensive study on the impact of NBICS technologies on the economic growth of specific regions. They employed general scientific methods, including comparative analysis, the evolutionary methodology of implementing and applying NBICS technologies, a systemic approach, analytical and instrumental methods of structural-logical schematization, economic modeling, and a program-oriented approach. The method of structural-logical schematization allowed the authors to create a model structure of the influence of NBICS technologies on the economic indicators of Russian regions, along with several proposals for improving the state’s economic and legal policies in the context of achieving economic and geographical development goals. The primary result of this research was the development of a model structure of the influence of NBICS technologies on the economic indicators of Russian regions, as well as several proposals for improving the state’s economic and legal policies in the context of achieving economic and geographical development goals.
