The research aims to develop a scientific and methodological approach to the regulatory framework and legal regulation of digital technology management in support of the sustainable development of the innovation economy in the EAEU and Central Asian countries. To achieve this goal, the authors created an econometric model through regression analysis of 2024 statistics, showing the relationship between the sustainable development of the innovation economy and the implementation of regulatory and legal measures in the business environment and activity in these countries. The developed approach includes specific targets and practical recommendations for achieving them in each group of countries. The key conclusion is that all regulatory and legal measures for managing digital technologies have a mixed impact on the sustainable development of the innovation economy in the EAEU and Central Asia. Therefore, it should be applied systemically and flexibly. The identified opportunity to enhance the sustainability of innovation economy development in these regions through improved regulatory and legal frameworks can serve as a roadmap for the strategic development of the digital economy. The authors’ practical recommendations will help refine the regulatory framework and legal regulation of digital technology management in the EAEU and Central Asian countries.

摘要
